My Nissan Navara stereo was swapped as faulty 2 or so years ago - I was never given a new PIN and when my battery was disconnected for too long - I needed that PIN to reinstate my audion system - no bluetooth, radio, CD function - Nothing
I called Nissan Essendon fields that re- assured me that the new PIN was my service book and it had been swapped when stereo was replaced - it was not - that was the old PIN for the Faulty audio system.
So - $75 later and a lot of rudness on their part ( they can't be accountable for what happended 2 years ago thou it is the same guy I had to convince thatread more
Today I was to leave my X-Trail in for a service. I arrived at 7.10am, believing them to open at 7. They open at 7.30am. However, staff were sitting at the reception while others milled about. They left me standing at the door until 7.30 on the dot after 20 minutes of ignoring me. This is not the sort of customer service I expect from an international giant, such as Nissan. Furthermore, I have had my car serviced there several times. When I complained about the poor customer service staff could only muster up a robotic "we don't open until 7.30. Registration please." Apparently there was a drop box outside. An example of good customer service would have been for someone to stop mocking me from reception, ask me if I was just dropping my keys off and tell me about the dropbox, if they didn't just want to take the keys out of my hand. This was truly bad customer service. I expect more from an international player in the automobile industry. I don't expect staff toread more
My Wife and I went to Essendon Nissan on saturday ready to buy a top of the range Qashqui. This was meant to be an exciting experience for her as she has never purchased a new car before. We had been there a few weeks before and met Daniel and this time we met Daniel again. When price came up we advised that we had been given a quote on a Diesel model but this was through a lease company and we werent really wanting to lease and wanted to test drive a petrol model with the intent to purchase. He said to come back in 2.5 hours, so we waited around the area for 2.5 hours and came back. When we arrived Daniel explained that "because you have received a quote through a leasing company we cannot let you test drive the vehicle". After explaining again that we were looking to purchase the vehicle and not lease it Daniel remained convinced that his time was being wasted and he would not get our business, reserving his time for vehicles to be testread more
A business is only as good as the staff it employs. We went to purchase a Navara and did some research online prior to attending this showroom. The staff member was uninformed as I knew more than they did. I had lost confidence in this dealership and walked away. Unhappy and wouldn't recommend.
