Worst customer service experience ever! I went in mid week to view a vehicle and arrange a test drive, but was told to come in Saturday as there were too many cars to move in the lot to get the car out. I arrived at my scheduled appointment on Saturday, only to see the vehicle parked in the very same location as it was mid week. When I questioned the salesman (Ralph) about this, he told me that he was not willing to move the vehicle unless I was prepared to purchase the vehicle today and at the advertised price. Thanks for wasting my time, thought these sleazy car salesman tactics were outdated...obviously not!! I will take my money and spend it elsewhere.
I would like to share my great experience with anyone who is searching for a new car. I have been looking for a SUV, comparing a Forester, Koleos and Tigan. I have been a few VW dealers. The one in Epping is ok. The one in Doncaster is far too busy for me. The worst one is in Glen Waverly, who is arrogant. The salesman in Essendon VW, Mr David Nikodic, really turned us on. He has good knowledge on his products, sincere smile with initialtive, thinking ahead of what the customer needs, introductions, coffee, test drive, delivery status update and communications. I awarded him the order of a Tiguan 132TSI Comfortline Auto because of the way of his personality. And the after sale experience is fantastic as well. Also extend my thanks to Karla who has great memory of her customers. I would say, if I am going buy another VW car, that would be from Essendon VW.
Amarok leaking fuel . Dropped car off at 7:30 am asked for car to be available around 12:00 After a phone call to say they needed to fill up tank to prove that they had fixed the problem which i said they could . picked car up at 4 that evening was told they tightened a clamp on the filler did not prove that they had repaired the problem , then was told my warranty ran out in November and they would charge me $82 to tighten a clamp.Would not recommend this dealership to buy or service your car , VW good car , dealership pathetic
Horendous experience with their service department. Three visits and 2k later and there's still no guarentee that the vehicles sunroof will be watertight. Bought new 2012 passat wagon. Their story changed from day to day as did their technicians abilities! Smells like a wet dog and given back in an appauling condition. no effort to tidy up behind them whatsoever.
