I went in for a waxing and they took more hair than what I asked. I was left red, raw and swollen and I'm sure they took some layers of skin. I have never experienced this kind of soreness before from a wax from a salon. It was also more expensive than I was expecting. I have had the same wax before from another Essential Beauty store, that was much cheaper and it wasn't that many months ago, so I wouldn't expect a price jump like that.
