Ettamogah Pub
Indigenous for 'place of good drink', Ettamogah Pub Palm View, is exactly that.
Located on the Bruce Highway inside tourist destination, 'Aussie World', we have been serving hungry and thirsty customers since 1959. We are also home to Bluey's bar and grill. Found upstairs, Bluey's can hold up 60 people, making it a ideal location for your next gathering. The menu is constantly changing and specialises in the use of local produce, including beer and wine.
Keep checking our website to find out what gigs are happening at the pub.

Would have to agree that this pub is definitely aimed at attracting the cashed up tourists rather than locals. The memorabilia and history surrounding the opening of the pub till today is interesting for a wander through and some cool photo opportunities but the food and drinks are way overpriced for what you get. The service is friendly enough but again aimed more at the tourist market.
Not bad for a pitstop or if you are playing host to family or friends and want to take them somewhere different but don't go expecting pub prices.
G'day Guys
I reckon if ya luv the ye olde quirky style pubs then ya gotta get on over & visit The Ettamogah Pub, just up the bruce highway towards the sunshine coast & there is Aussie World right behind it for the kids to run a muck while you chill & have a few drinks in the pub plus a bite to eat etc & even go for a stroll to view the other tourist shops there.
The chunky wooden structure is awesome to look at, now if I could only just fit a smaller version in the back yard? I luv the big thick slabs of wood used for bar bech tops, Oh well I've still got my Beer Keg fridge to keep me company.
Cheers & catch ya later guys.
