I recently took my VW Caddy to get a new towbar installed. I found the staff friendly and helpful in the first instance. The work took longer than expected and I didnt get it back until after dark. I drove home and the next day when I went to back out of the garage, discovered the reversing camera wasnt working. As it was raining, I soon found that neither was the rear wiper. I organised to take it back to the Company a couple of days later when I could organise time off work. After an hour, they phoned and informed me that the wiper didn't have a fuse in it and they never went near the fuses during the towbar installation. Strange because it was working befor, although they suggested I had been drivinig it perhaps months and not noticed! Really??? After 3 hours, they informed me that the rear vision camera wasnt working because the fuse was not in properly....and again reiterated they had not gone anywhere near the fuses during the towbar installation. I engaged Euro Car upgrades to upgrade my Volkswagen Passat with a Stage 2 ECU Tune and DSG Tune plus exhaust modification. I found the service to be very lackluster at times, but the team was always quite obliging to make it right. The first Mayne issue was after the Stage 2 tune, a car was blowing lots of black smoke, which was so embarrassing that you would not feel comfortable with putting the foot down with anyone in view. This is simply a matter of bad tuning. I returned the car and they modified the tune which dropped the smoke by more than half and still kept to the same power. While the car was returned, they left a small ding on the driver's side scuff plate. They went through their videos and obliged to repair it at their expense. I appreciated this. I also got a Dyno reading done and and revealed Stage 2 Tune only gave me 9 kilowatts of additional power, which is a very disappointing figure. How good is Martin and his team! Professional, efficient and reasonably priced. We had our Audi Q5 Maps upgraded at half the price quote by the Audi service centre and it only took an hour whereas the dealer wanted the car for the whole day.
We were so impressed by the service and depth of knowledge that we decided to have a towbar installed the following day - five hours and again half the price quoted by the dealer, we have a genuine Audi towbar. Impressed? You betcha!

Please don't buy anything from eurocar upgrades, they located in 14 Sunshine Cove Way 4558 Maroochydore QLD Sunshine Coast, Australia 07 5479 5555 They parts they not confiscated by Australia standards,they not registered in Australia, they overcharged me and couldn't fight for my money,then 1 month later the stereo stop working,no warranty, because they can't take responsibility for the products,if any problems contact affair trading about they conduct
