Terrible customer service, bought my mother a gift voucher here for xmas from groupon was told to book two weeks in advance but when i tried to book they told me there wasnt any availability for 6 weeks, when the appointment came we turned up half an hour early and found the shop closed, no one was answering the phone and there were no signs anywhere. After 45 mins of calling and texting the booking service we got through for them to tell me they had moved from aspley to albany creek!! No apologies at all, generally terrible service. Was not offered any apology or extra time or discount. Also when we got there the place is actually a chinese massage therapy place, not at all like it looked advertised. Will never go here again and i will discourage any friends who are thinking of going.

I had a 45 minute massage and 45 minute facial through an OurDeal voucher. I was looking forward to a relaxing experience, unfortunately it was far from it. Communication is not a strong point of the staff. I did not feel very welcomed upon arrival. The massage table they treated me on was a rickety foldaway one and was very uncomfortable, particularly when you are spending over an hour lying on it. There was music playing in the treatment room, but the clock on the wall was ticking so loudly, it was distracting. The therapist who gave me a facial hardly spoke a word to me. I had no idea what products they were using on me and they left the treatment for quite some time and I had no idea why. When they finally returned they said they had to leave the treatment mask on for 10 minutes. I will not return.

So I had a full body massage last night and I have never been more disgusted by what was meant to be a 'relaxing message!

I had a full body massage booked in last night.. I arrived and the place looked NOTHING like what it was advertised online! My massage therapist was 20 minutes late, ran in in jeans and tshirt- didn't even get changed into a uniform or anything! They lead me to a small cluterred room, which absolutely reaked of smelly sweaty socks! I recently wen to this clinic for a whole body massage. The therapist was very friendly. He pointed out many sore spots on my neck and shoulder areas and worked it out very well. I felt very relaxing after the massage. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend everyone for their service. Thank you.

The treatment I had recently was of a very high standard, reception was helpful, even I had to leave a message to request a booking. When i came in, after explained my condition, which was headache and neck shoulder pain, the perfect balance of a relaxing yet remedial treatment,and after i was very calm, headache disappeared, back is light and easy to move, very happy.
