Heaps of choices for tours, price are very competitive, the staffs were all very friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends to come here for tour packages. Definitely better than driving by yourself for hours. Went to their Adelaide 4 day tour. 10/10 would recommend again!!
Dear extragreen travel
First of all, i would like to thank you for the service of the tulip farm tour on 14 september 2013. There's nothing wrong of the tour except one thing that i would like to Emphasize : customer service!
First, the transportation was really bad! The bus was too small & i was sitting at the very back & found a difficulties to breath. Very, very bad impression. You can improve it next time.
It's not really a good impression for me, as a customer,was asked by a tour leader to move back to the end of the seat for other customers benefit. I was pretty disappointed about this, to be honest. You can improve about this area in the future.
Other than that, i didn't have any problem at all.
In dealing with Extragreen, especially Extragreen on Swanston Street Melbourne, you should bear in mind:
You will be overcharged
They book flights in entirely the wrong month of the wrong year. If you ask Extragreen to correct the mistake, they will charge you several hundred dollars for doing so. The standard industry practice of other travel agents is to correct these mistakes free of charge. They have no idea of customer service.
When one uses a travel agent, it is because one expects an efficient, friendly service for the amount of money paid. You will not receive the service you expect at Extragreen.
My recommendation is to go to ANY other travel/tour agent. There are many travel/tour agents in Melbourne. You will receive a friendlier, more honest service at other travel agents. You will save money.
Yes, I agree with your comment and its all true.This ExtraGreen office are really bad service. Differences staff give you differences charge.Before you paid they are really nice , after you paid they serve you with different manner.
