An expensive lesson!
I have a double kitchen sink. Sink on the right was blocked. Sink to the left was flowing clearly. There was a 30cm piece of pipe between them which was the only place the blockage could be. I had poured boiling water down it to no avail. When you book you have to agree in advance to a $49 call out fee called a "driver fee" which is payable just for quote. Upon arriving his fixed quote to repair which I had to sign to sign before he looked at it was $99 which he said would also involve cleaning out the trap. GST is on top of these amounts. He unthread the piece of pipe, stuck it under the tap and thread it back on. Less than 5 minutes work all up and $165. I said what about the trap and he said "looks clear, don't need to clean."
Will not use again.
Hi Paula. Sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with your visit from our plumbing team. All of our prices are GST inclusive and are quoted this way. I can see on your invoice that you were charged $148.50 which is $49.50 Travel Fee and $99 for our WEB99 Drain Unblocking Offer which is for up to half an hour with the use of hand tools. We provide our prices up front for acceptance prior to work being completed. Our Travel Fee is advised on the initial booking call and covers the cost of the technician coming out to your home. I have been a very complex, complicated customer of Fallon Solutions with a washer/dryer saga that would take me FAR too long to explain here. The customer service at Fallon Solutions is top notch. They bent over backwards to find a conclusion that I was absolutely happy with. Chris R. was amazing...very professional and taking the time to explain each issue (and there were several over a period of a few months). Sam (who was working in customer service at the time) deserves a special mention also! I would have no hesitation using Fallon Solutions again.

We recently had an air conditioning service carried out on our units and two of them needed extra work. One needed a thorough clean to get rid of mould and the other was fitted with gecko guard and an anti slime protector. Ash was our technician for both jobs.
