Not a happy customer at all. After paying for delivery of a bed that we were assured would take place the next day we received a text message that afternoon stating that our bed was ready to be picked up and we'd need to phone if we wanted to organise a delivery. We phoned to say we'd already organised and paid for delivery and were again assured that delivery would still be taking place the next day. The next day came and the bed didn't arrive. Apparently the paperwork wasn't done at the shop front, so the delivery driver knew nothing about it. We were then texted with an unsuitable delivery time for the day after. We called the driver who decided we'd have to contact the store to organise a new day and time, which will now have to wait until tomorrow because by the time we got notified of the unsuitable delivery time, it was well after 8pm and the local store was closed. So we still haven't got our bed. Not impressed one bit. If we'd known we couldn't haveread more
if you are looking for a bargin, there is no other place in Hobart like Fantastic Furniture.The only reccomendations I could state is for more staff to be available. I have entered the store on a number of occasions and have found it very frustrating trying to locate staff.
when staff are located I have found them to be so stressed and busy, they have not had the time to explain the quality of the furniture I seek.
Also another frustrating factor is they do not always have the item you want in stock and at times you have to wait up to a month for the item to become available.
