In order to be able to provide and easy and convenient service to our clients we created the GoFantastic app for iOS and Android, where users can check prices and availability, book a service or manage current bookings in just a few seconds.
Hired these guys for end of lease cleaning and they did fantastic job. The place was spotless and I got my full bond back. Very friendly and harworking cleaners and helpful customer service. I requested special attention to some areas and everything was communicated with the cleaning team and done properly.
An appalling service in every way. The service erskin was 40 minutes early without apology and then demanded payment which had already been arranged visa credit card 24 hours prior - as is the companies policy. I was forced to call head office GM to confirm I had made payment before he would commence the cleaning. I was charged $79 for the rug to be cleaned, which took the service person less than 15 minutes to complete - there were many cheaper options, but I thought I was paying for quality. Unfortunately now that the rug is dry, it is clear the service has left the rug dirtier than it was prior to "cleaning". A complaint to customer service fell on deaf ears, with the company offering a $25 voucher for me to use next time I book their service. Which, given the nature of my complaint, would clearly never take place. An unprofessional, unskilled, expensive business. Do not book this company.
