The manager on 0432 585 359 is extremely rude and unprofessional.
1) Had a move a few weeks ago. The manager sends a confirmation email of 12pm at 12:33pm. The drivers had to wait outside for 1hour, since they came early. Messaged the manager saying I paid the money to the drivers, and the email the sent me said "you need to pay this amount 'by this date' ", I'm obviously startled, I didn't bother opening the invoice.
I ask the manager why It says I have to pay. This was his response QUOTE: "No if you open that (invoice) said paid!!!!"
So, why does it say on the email I have to pay??? Are you lazy to change the wording to "you have successfully paid off the bill". It would put anyone off.....
Even if he wasn't to blame, It's poorly unprofessional.
HOWEVER, the truckies are good, the manager is an absolute joke...
On top of what my wife wrote. Mixed feelings, fast movers took 11 hours to move out two bedroom apartment. And that's considering that half way in out of frustration I jumped in and helped load and unload. Setup was really simple, apartment to garage via big elevator, then, street to apartment via big elevator. Our last move took 6 hours with the same amount of stuff with more complex setup as the moving truck did not fit in garage and we had to move stuff in via UT. In the end, Daniel had guts to charge us full 11 hours and this considered that workers did not take any break, even though I found them wandering around garage with banana peels in their hands. I agree that we had a lot of stuff, but since we have something to compare to we KNOW that we got heavily ripped off. So beware!
Fast movers should be called slow movers! This has been the worst company I have ever used in my life. They took 11 hours to move a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit to new apartment a few meters away! Their truck was so smal that our belonings did not fit so had to do 2 trips, their staff came unprepared with insufficient trolleys to move our belongings and were soo slow! I am almost 8 month pregnant and had to move some boxes mysefl because they left them unattended in the parking area accessible to anyone.
A few items were scretched (tables and walls) and the sofas and bed were completely dirty after the move. The company owner is a Brasilian guy who has no customer service skills at all. After I told him I was pregnant and that his staff had left my boxes unattended in the parking, he even yelled at me. No discount was offered for all the inconvenience they caused and I paid a fortune. STAY AWAY FROM FAST MOVERS.
