They either deliver to the wrong address or keep the good and sign for the packages themselves. They say its delivered and they have a signiture, but NOTour signiture. And then they cant be bothered trying to find the item.....
Its cost me alot of money for the item and now I have nothing... very angry:(
Parcel QB0002641215 has been marked as delivered and left at front door as per your instructions. I did “NOT” authorise the package to be left at my front door, it’s for signature on delivery as it’s not a cheap item. Also states that package was delivered 4/7/19 at 18:01hrs. I was home at the time, but received no knock at the door, or push of the doorbell. Would like to know where package is. Customer service very unhelpful this morning. I did “NOT” authorize parcel to be left at my door, and expect that Fastway reimburse me for missing package.
A dispute will also be lodged with the AFCA today.
Your policy also states that parcels can’t be left without a signature, and that customers need to provide authority to Fastway Couriers in order to leave parcels at door.
I ordered a wallet from Sydney on the 19th January. It arrived on Saturday 10th February. The parcel appeared to be ‘lost’! There was no way of contacting the Perth depot directly, calls are put through to a call centre. Unfortunately now, my son is having the same problem with another parcel ‘currently in transit’ which was due to be delivered 5 days ago. This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. They do not deserve the business. Not recommended at all
