FAYS Twin Cinema

Great service, friendly staff, comfortable seating, clean and even when it is busy the staff cope well, air conditioned - we have been several times and have not been disappointed. See you at the next movie.

Absolutely fabulous cinema ! Great entry prices and yummy packages to munch on during the show . Very comfortable seating in air conditioned comfort ..... local family owned and run for many year so that's speaks buckets at the quality of this cinema ..... always a great day/night out .... highly recommended ! 5 ??

Been to this cinema many times. They staff are lovely and the cinemas are always clean.

A lovely cinema staffed by lovely people working under rigid, unfriendly management. It's a condition of entry that phones and electronic gadgets are turned off - absolutely fair enough. However, if you're new, you won't know this until the manager is standing over you asking to leave the theatre to text and offering you a refund of your ticket. I was there with 4 children aged 15-6 years, leaving the cinema didn't seem like much of an option for me. Eventually I did leave to get my iPad and iPhone turned off (I was struggling with new gadgets that I couldn't work properly). The man who had spoken to me rudely from the first instance would not give me time to gather myself nor would he listen to me. Then another, older man chimed in and was equally was rude. I was being shouted down by 2 men old enough to know better when all I wanted was for them to listen to me and perhaps even apologise for speaking so rudely to me in the first place. I have been going to Fays Twin cinmeas ever since I was a young child. Staff are always friendly and the seating is comfortabe. The seats include drink holders which is useful and they have a great selection on drinks and foods at the snack bar.
