This pool shop has on a number of occasions let my pool go green. I had a monthly service paying $140 a month on average. Sometimes charging me over $170 a month. Very pricey. I called to cancel my service as I had a gutful of my pool going green and paying such exorbitant charges. They offered no compensation, no offer to fix the problem they had caused. I had been using the service for over a year and my experience has been very poor.

Truly awful! I was paying more and more for less and less of a service. Staff have no real interest in providing a service - they have a take us or leave us attitude- I’ve decided on leaving. They cannot listen, accept they may have a problem and think about changing their service. I mentioned twice in a recent conversation my unhappiness with their service - no response - when I stressed it I wasn told I had made the comment six times. I hadn’t. I said I was repeating myself in the hope there would be an apology and a commitment to a better service. The response was that no one who worked there would have been rude in the way I described!

Was a regular customer for must be close to 10 years. Bought some chlorine Nov 17- container was faulty, broke and leaked all over my car. When I asked for a replacement they refused, accused me of lying and said theyd never seen me before. Incredibly rude to me in front of all staff and customers. Never again.

Good apart from the appalling customer service. Consistently condescending & rude.
