This is the first fitness class I have tried that hasn't left me disappointed. Kurt's classes are personalised, they push the limits of what each person can do, but they never leave me feeling too tired or sore. They are great if you have a particular concern, such as an injury. He provides as much nutritional and fitness advice as you ask for. They're a great way to start the day, and at a really convenient time, finishing just before 8am. There are showers and change rooms, as it is held inside at the PCYC, right in the city, with plenty of free parking. Kurt is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fitness, and it is always reassuring to hear him explain exactly why and how an exercise should be performed. I have found that the structure and content of the classes, and the nutritional advice has also helped me to sleep better and reduced my anxiety. I could not recommend this class any higher.
