Michael arrived on time, communicated well and was very friendly. He persisted with a complex oven issue until it was resolved. Emailed Fix My Oven on Saturday 1st July requesting help on my Blanco oven. Gadi rang and replied to my email on Sunday 2nd. We organised for him to come to my house Monday morning, he rang during the morning and said if convenient he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. Gadi was so polite and helpful, explaining everything and giving some useful tips on using the oven.

Great service from Gadi today. Called him in the morning and he was here early afternoon. I have a S M E G oven, he detected the problem straight away, had the parts, fixed the oven, checked all the other settings and was gone in half an hour. Have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks again
