Not happy with Flight Centre, she charged us an extra $200 for insurance which we hadn`t agreed to buying and then was unprofessional about a refund. She told us we hadn`t paid enough for our deposit, she should have used the correct term insurance and we would have then knew she was incorrectly charging us. We changed who we dealt with and he gave us the wrong information on 2 accounts. One was sending us on a 30 minute walk in London to pick up tickets, that I found was only 3 mintes away. He also told us we would travel through a particular town on our tour, which we didn`t, and we had arranged to meet up with a relative we had never met before. So it all fell flat.
