I visited Four Seasons today to purchase a bird bath, bench seat and various statues and stands (totalling over $1000). The owner approached me as I was leaving and I said I had taken some photographs and would be back tomorrow to purchase with my husband to transport them all (as they wouldn't fit in my car). He yelled that he didn't allow photos. I apologised and said I would delete photos as I didn't realise they weren't allowed. He then shouted at me in an intimidating manner for over 2 minutes and said he hates customers, is sick of customers, hates people shopping around, and that I should shop at Bunnings or Masters. He screamed at me to leave. I offered on 3 occasions to delete photos as I didn't realise I wasn't allowed to take them. It was a fairly remote location & he had 2 dogs and himself on a motorbike intimidating me. I was frightened for my safety. Would not recommend the customer service at all - this is a shame as I was willing to spend $1000read more
Terrible customer service - bought three trees at $145 each, so not cheap. Planted all three in the same bed, 2 lived, middle one died. All on same water cycle, planted same way, retic etc working, same sun profile. Contacted Four Seasons about it, first person said they could not deal with the query, took my details and told me someone would call back - they didn't. I called back 2 more times before getting through to the guy who could deal with it - he was extremely rude and not prepared under any circumstances to accept the possibility that it may have been an issue with the plant. Contrast this with Waldecks - who through my father in laws experience offered a replacement. Whilst not expecting a replacement, empathy and or a reduction on a replacement would have been appreciated instead of rudeness.
