Research all the other options you can use that are so much cheaper and OPEN SYSTEMS. They are an outdated dinosaur. Consider what they charge it’s ridiculously expensive to what’s in the market place.
Foxtel is a CLOSED SYSTEM – think about it you can’t even use the internet only the Foxtel old poor cardboard sugar diet.
You pay for the service but consider the amount of advertisements Foxtel have wasting your time and life – “NOT DO SIGN UP”
Customer service (not the persons we speak too but the 1960s management ideology) are the worst I have ever experienced.

We expect Foxtel to respond to our reviews ..we would like to know the reasons for sudden disappearance of our favorite channels .we would like to be informed of changes..it is a matter of sending a letter or an email or even an sms..customer service phones will not clarify any of these issues..Customer Service is not about only giving info about packages or helping fix technical problems..Customers pay money and in return expect explanations ..hope someone from Foxtel reads this..and puts an explanation here..
Recently you have changed Foxtel Arts channel to Smooth/arts which is very disappointing..why impose Playlists for a whole morning and afternoon ? MUSIC Channel already broadcasts playlists of all sorts of music all day..why couldnt we keep ARTS CHANNEL as it was...it was my favorite channel ..I enjoyed thoroughly watching Classical Destinations, Archibald, Mezzo, etc..Arts channel was one of my reasons to have Foxtel Tv..hopefully it will be resumed to what it was before
Foxtel you have become so greedy. Charging 0.7% surcharge when you Bpay. Not everyone can direct debit. I am a POA for my brother who is on a disability pension, so I pay for paper invoices, which I fully understand and accept the $2.00 charge. Do you really need to be charging pensioners or anyone else, a surcharge for Bpay. The amount you charge for a subscription surely would cover this. If the subscription was for me I would get rid of it on principle, but as it is for my brother who is more house bound than I, I am forced into him being ripped off by your greediness.
OMG FOXTELL we have been loyal customers for 15 + yrs never in all that time have I been so dissatisfied with your call centre.. discusted with the treatment we recieve... my mobile phone bill just arrived . ive spent a total of 9hr 10mins to your all centre in asia at a cost to me of $486.84 cents. we are now as a family concidering disconneting your service !!!!!
