This Fratelli Fresh is located on Bridge Street. Enter down the stairs and the first thing you'll see is the pizza oven. The service is friendly and approachable.
The waitress serving us informed us that they had run out of spaghetti with lobster (okay with us as neither of us wanted that) and the duck pappardelle (I was a bit devastated as had earmarked that for lunch and had to choose another).
We ordered House Baked Focaccia which was delivered promptly and tasted delicious. It was served with a nice olive oil and balsamic. It was moreish. The Spaghetti Alla Carbonara had a lovely yolk coating the spaghetti. The flavours of the parmesan and pork were tasty. The Bistecca Beef Steak was cooked as requested and served with nice potatoes.
The service at the Bridge Street Fratelli Fresh is AMAZING!
I organised my friend’s Hens dinner here – and the staff were simply amazing in setting it up for me.
The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in a semi-private area, and also let us stay as long as we wanted (despite it being a very busy Saturday night). The staff here is simply amazing! The dinner would not have gone as well if it were not for the staff!
As for the food – I simply love the authentic Italian pastas and pizzas at Fratelli Fresh locations. None of my friends had been before- and even they were all raving about it.
We had nearly half the menu, including dough balls, arancini balls, zucchini flowers, Prawn Pizza, Crab pasta, gelato.
And there was not a dish that I did not like.
Thanks for a great night guys – it all happened because of you!
Is always been my favorite lunch place especially have some event. However, why not 4 star? Is because the consistency of the food quality is not there. Let's talk about good dishes that I remember are zucchini flower, arancini, and garlic prawn pizza . The average is prawn spagetthi - taste a little blunt and dry, salmon and gnocchi was ok/ average.
