Frost Air Conditioning

As a follow up to my original review, just to clarify the exact problems with the company:

1 - the apprentice starts removing roof tiles and tearing through our roof sarking before being told there is hatch access to roof. Sarking was not repaired by the company, no liability admitted.

It's simple and easy to buy an air conditioner however it took me forever to find someone reputable that I can trust with my ducted air conditioning installation. It's a lot of work so important to the the right mob. I recommend Frost as they did a good job on my house.

Guy who comes to do the quote doesn't know what he's doing so the installation can't go where he says it will, the electrician cuts off power to your hot water, the technician drills holes in your internal wall in the wrong place and they patch it up with silicone, dirty marks left on the walls, cornices and blinds, they want you to sign off on the paperwork before the job is finished. No responsibility taken by anyone, no apology for any inconvenience and they offer you $100 for "compensation". Let the buyer beware. I wish I'd read the other reviews on here first. Fortunately, I've been able to stop five people I know from using them.
