I have dealt with agencies before and most are easy to reach and understand. Unfortunately this wasn't the case for FuturePeople. I had an interview arranged that took longer than the advised time length (guess I couldn't blame them for that) but then after the interview I was promised a call back in regards to the outcome. This call I was promised was never received. After leaving numerous voice mails and emails I had given up on this agency. I even tried re-applying for another role a week later just to see if they would assist me. I was wrong though to assume anything had changed, only automated replies with promises that were never met. If they wish to help people they'd better step up their game, because my time was wasted.
