If I could rate 0 stars I would! Extremely disappointed. Very poor communication, service and vague in where things were up to. I dropped a hard drive off to see if the data could be recovered. Was told it would take 2-4 weeks. After nearly 5 months and several phones calls with mixed vague replies of 'a part is needed', 'it will be ready soon', 'it will be ready tomorrow', 'by the end of the week'. During this time they never contacted mewith an update, I always had to ring them. I gave them 5 days notice that I would be picking the hard drive up as I was not happy with the service and lack of communication. When I went to collect the hard drive it was not there. Finally when I did get it back it was in pieces. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere

Called on for urgent support. Was told not a problem I was relieved. I was told the computer would be ready the next day and | said that was good because if it was an issue the house end then we would be able to get a technician into the house on Friday. Communication from them was poor and like another person's experiences I read about below I was told calls would be made but I was the one who had to make the calls to check progress. One of theses was also to find that the not done Technician took the next day off despite my conversation about having the computer back for Thursday and the available for Friday technical support if needed. Be warned I was told the technicians only work 4 hours a day - not sure how they can meet the deadlines they set. By Saturday I was told the computer was fixed, but when it was set up the same problems are there and because of the late time of the return and the next day being Sunday we are again no better off ...read more

I damaged my MacBook screen and was looking for a replacement. I popped into Albury computers who quoted me $600 + labour and a Ten day turnaround which is ridiculous. Went into Any Time Computer Services a few doors down and they did it within two hours for only $250. They were also super lovely to deal with. The technician guy went out of his way to locate a replacement screen for me from another source as he knew I needed my Mac for work. Nice work!
