I was amazed that I actually got to speak to someone at 7:30 pm and make an appointment. The girl that answered my call was apologetic that the soonest she could get somebody out to see me was the next day - are you kidding?! That's awesome!! She made an appointment for 8:00 am the next day, then after I call ended the technician advised her that he couldn't make that time. She called me back immediately, offered a 10:00 am appointment instead and gave me a discount. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the service of both the reception staff and the technicians Geeks2U - highly recommended

Biggest rippoffs ever. Unprofessional and a waist of time that you in turn have to pay for.
