I felt really lazy the other day and picked up the farmhouse sausages and a few of both flavour patties. The sausages were ok (not $15/kg worth) however the chicken patties were so salty I could not believe it - MSG is the only thing I can think of that can make them this salty. I’m kinda worried what the beef ones would be like
Fast food has to show nutritional info maybe it’s time for butchers to do the same. Back to my regular butcher who is open and transparent about what ingredients are used
Never had a bad cut yet great staff very accommodating always helpful no longer get my meat from others strongly recommend to anyone in the area. Also helpful when deciding on what to buy with a good range, speak directly to the butcher always a good sign.
