Not Happy. I had them come out for a gas leak, didn't bring any equipment just walked around trying to smell where the leak was. After recommending a completely new Gas hot water system they quoted me a hugely inflated price then when I said I would consider it they charged me their fee which was way over the top and left. I had a look around myself and found it was the barbeque gas cylinder leaking instead.
Horrible experience. They are ill-coordinated team and do not bring all equipment despite that we mentioned it was a gas leakage together work performed was described to be not fully complete "unable to get a true pressure test reading on the remainder of the gas piping system" until the leak is repaired. What was the idea for charging for the test in the first place???? We wanted to find out where it was leaking!!!

You requested that we investigate a gas leak. We carried out a test to identify there was a leak, we detected the location with our gas detector. It is absolutely true that we advised you that once we had repaired the leak we would carry out a second test free of charge to check there was no other leaks - this is part ofread more
Dave and his team are fantastic. We have had persistent drainage problems which have been really stressful and costly but Get Plumbing worked out what the problem was and we haven't had any trouble since. We have continued to use them for over 3 years now and would highly recommend them! A regular visit from Dave and his team every 6 months keeps our pipes clear of tree roots and saves us lots of money in the long run.
