Very poor service and attitude. Incorrectly fitted evaporative cooler. Connected water supply to evaporative cooler to hot water pipe. Set unit to trickle which is not to manufactures recommendation. Ceiling ducts poorly installed which left ducting not sealing correctly. Refuses to repair faulty work or even discuss it with us. A very dissappointing and unsatisfactory outcome. Wish we had never used them.
