We simultaneously bought and sold a house through Glenmore Park Realty in July 2014. We predominately dealt with Sue however we did have dealings with Ralph and Belinda throughout the process. Sue achieved a great sale price for us and we feel that she looked after us as well as the seller of the house we bought.
The people that bought our house were investors and we were disappointed that our house was advertised for lease a few days before settlement as we were away at the time and didn't want anyone looking too closely when it was unattended and still full of our possessions. They were reasonably quick to take the ad down once I let them know that they didn't have permission to advertise the house at that point in time.
They're consistently the agency with the most listings in our area, I think that says a lot about them.

Terrible service! I called about a property in which I asked to look at the contract to see if there is any thing that looks suss 5 days later still waiting on it. Arranged to the see house on Saturday however they were "waiting for me at the property" on Thursday. The attitude i coped was a joke. Definately taking business elsewhere! Was on the market for properties to invest and purchase a home.. I wouldn't buy from them if they had my dream home for a buck!
