Pretty cool fit out at this place -
vintage and rustic in appearance (but built recently), theming with old cash registers, scales, wheels etc. It has an array or pre made sandwiches, quiche and salads and a range of patissiere items as well as breads and croissants. I ordered a beautiful looking pastry that looked like a
scone and donut combined. It had the texture of an eclair at the bottom filled with jam and cream and a macron lid. Delicious and very fresh. The coffee brand is not one I'm familiar with but tasted ok for that morning kick. Great meeting spot and suitable for children too.
Glenorie Bakery is located in the midst of this nice town of Glenorie as a part of a small yet modern-like shopping centre. It occupies a spacious floor space, and has an open atmosphere with large entrance and natural light and air flowing through.
The shop has this industrial era feel, with lots of old age machinery equipment used as decor as well as a part of furniture with slightly modern take. One one side of the wall is a barn-like display with TV screens installed to mimic 'over-the-window' landscape view. It really is a treat on its own just to be in theread more
