Had to travel an hour for an appointment at this nail salon, and got held up at another store was only 3 minutes late and they told me "your late and now there's no more spots left" they had replaced me with someone else also their staff was very nasty about it. Poor service!! Never going Back here!!
My "shellac" nails that were to last 2-3 weeks faded from a lovely purple colour to a mouldy green colour in 4 days. When I returned, staff told me that I must have caused this colour change myself - perhaps from cooking! They then charged me $20 to remove the shellac!!! I would have been happy with an apology. Perhaps they could have re-painted my nails. But no - they had some ridiculous reason that frankly doesn't make sense, and then charged me to remove their inferior product!! Never go there.
I rang up and booked an appointment a week in advance, only to arrive at the arranged time to find out I didn't have an appointment. The lady told me I had made the mistake! I have never missed or made mistakes with my appointments as I am a very organised person. Where my appointment should have been was white-out and another name was written over the top. THEY WHITE-OUTED ME OUT! Don't go here!
I think blaming the customer for their own mistakes seems to be the business model they are following!! They need to learn that simply apologising is a better way to go if they want people to come back!!
