Go Sydney Shuttle has blatantly lied on two occasions in response to my reviews.
The company claims: “Customers received their service, and threatened to write negative reviews if we don’t refund the money.”
In fact, there was no shuttle service available for an hour and when we were offered the opportunity to cancel instead of waiting we accepted.
Apart from politely asking for our money back there was no other contact with the company.
We did not threaten the company in any way.
The company lied that our plane did not land until 5.30pm for a 5pm pickup – a blatant lie that was never advanced in testimony to theread more
Driver was Not there!!
I waited 30 minutes until 8:25 pm.
In the end I got on train to get to my hotel.
It was quite easy and really waste of time and money to use your service.
At least I want my money back! Be ready for that.

Your driver was supposed to wait for me at least 90 minutes and l already informed you about the delay of my flight. I couldn’t use your service because of your fault or negligence. I want my money back.
