Trial so far has been good, have done a couple of classes in the morning which i quite enjoy but I still mixed feelings since my old gym I used to go to near home- which I loved and miss. Anyways, have yet to try the rpm/cycling room. I hear the class timetable is changing next week and adding more 30min classes which work out perfect for lunch break (for me) so am looking forward to trying that out.
I work near by and thought I might give this place a try and start going in lunch breaks or after work for some summer motivation... Quite tempted as its in a good location next to work right in the heart of Adelaide CBD, big cardio room, steam room and sauna, large area for female section of lockers/toilets/showers, lunch time classes, large weights area and also stretching area. Have not checked out the whole gym yet or classes but plan to during my trial.
