Worst customer service and constant broken promises... Was told that the admin fee would be waived when I joined. Queried the sign up form and they said that's fine, it will be waived so I trusted them and joined. Fee was charged so I contacted them and they said they don't waive the admin fee and couldn't refund it. So they promised 7 weeks without charge after the first 4 weeks. Well, stupidly trusting them again, I said ok and what do you know, after 4 weeks they continue charging me. Queried them again and they said that they again couldn't waive those fees even though they did it for my friend who referred me to them. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!! They will promise you anything to get you to join then break those promises.
Disgusted that i reported to staff and tampon sitting in bottom on spa. Asked how often spa was cleaned and told daily. 24 hrs later i am back at gym and the tampon is still in the same spot in the spa. So much for cleaning daily. I again reported to staff. While i was showering the tampon was removed. God knows how long it was actually in there for over Xmas!! Or when the actual spa is cleaned. Not happy!!!!
The Goodlife Health Club advertise five day free pass for non member on the Internet. I and my husband have been member at Goodlife Health Club for three to four years, recently my daughters wanted to join. It was very difficult for them to get free pass. The service manager, Donna, was not friendly and insisted for my daughter to pay $20 per visit for a trial. Why did they give poor customer service to existing members? They were rude, even looked down on us when they asked for $20 payment for a trial. It was the worst customer service that we have experienced Sometimes we missed the gym for a few months but we kept paying. We didn't ask for them to pay us back.
If they don't want to give free passes, why did they advertise 5 day free pass. It is misleading Goodlife Health Club advertisement. Please be aware!
The Goodlife Health Club Wantirna advertise to give free 5 days trial to anyone who is interested to join. My husband and I have been the Club members for about 3 to 4 years. We have two daughters who wanted to join the Club. The club customer service manager, Donna, made it very difficult for our daughters to get free trials. She asked us to pay $20 for my daughter for one trial which was against what was advertised on the Web. Is that the policy of the company to treat existing members so badly? Hope they wont make it difficult as we are cancelling our memberships. The customer service is the worst they looked down on us as we were going to steal $20. In fact sometime we didn't go to exercise for months but we kept paying. The worst customer service, please cancel our three memberships
