A must do activity when you visit Strahan. Well organised, easy to purchase tickets from many venues including the Strahan Visitors Centre. The boat is huge and easy to get around. There a comfortable window seat as well as seats in the centre of the boat which are elevated, so you can see out the window. The lunch meal on the cruise was great, served fresh salmon, chicken, ham and salads and there was enough food for everyone. The drinks, coffees and ice-creams are extra and need to be purchased separately but they are reasonably priced. Souvenirs were available on board. Beautiful scenery, awesome river cruise, with lunch! Great day out.
A must do when in Tassie. If the Tassie Tiger does exist, it would live where this cruise takes you. The walk through the dense World Heritage Forest makes you realise how wild this island is. The lunch served on board is fantastic. The tour of Sarah Island is one of the best guided tours we have been one.
