Yummy. This time I'm back for the burgers and my husband had the ribs. Remembering from last experience we couldn't wait to get in to order. We shared the chips but didn't share our mains as it was too good to share. I very much enjoyed my burger. The patty was juicy which gave it a really good flavour. My husband said the ribs was marinated nicely as every bite he had he could taste the flavours and the sauces. And the chips, greasy and fatty but its ok when you are eating burgers and ribs. Quite busy as usual but always good to be back for some good food.
Tasty grilled ribs and a corn cob, what better way to enjoy a meal with digging your fingers into a juicy flavoursome meat that falls straight off the bone. I love the food truck idea, after watching the movie Chef, i've come to realise food trucks have gotten quite popular over the last few years. Chasing food trucks is like those chasing a tornado. You got to follow Gorilla Grill on facebook or twitter to see where they are at. My first time i came across it was at Footscray park on New Years Eve and wanted to check out to see what people were lining up for. Second time i was with a friend who had tried Gorilla Grill before and asked me to join, so i ordered one of their popular serves - ribs and a corn cob and it was so good. I'm suprised in such a small space they manage to cater for hundreds so quickly, its like a mass factory production of max 3 people but amazing the amount of work they produce. Got to try if you haven't and worth following to keep up with theread more
