I had a great experience at Gospel pianos. The customer service rep was very patient and informative. I brought along a friend who’s a more advanced piano player with me to help me pick out a piano. I bought a Grand Piano Hoffmann P206 from Gospel Ryde (Sydney-Australia) 2 years ago. Now the strings are rusted, some of the black keys are cracked. I contact Gospel, they sent out Mr. Lee (they said he is premium technician - I doubt for that).
