Frustrated to say, that I have had extremely negative dealings with Gow just like many others. Rudeness beyond belief, arrogance, attitude and the list goes on.
If people did provide their contact details as Gow have responded to and asked, I'm positive you would only get more of the same negative treatment and no apologies.
Found these people really unhelpful
Some of the reviews are angry at their respective experiences but seem to be genuine grievances.
I didn’t get past the initial enquirey before I gave up in disgust.
Another common thread is they have no record of a lot of the complaint/reviewers

As a new tenant I have received absolutely first class service all round. My appointment to view the home was booked quickly and confirmed by email. My application was processed within one day and I received phone confirmation on the weekend that I was successful. My emails and phone messages were responded to quickly and the reception staff and property manager were very polite and professional. Happy to recommend!
