Called up the service after reading the reviews on here. Website clearly states pension card holders are eligible for bulk billed services. When I notified the person I spoke to that I was a pensioner the staff abruptly told me that bulk billing was for aged pensioners only. I cannot afford private consultations since I am on the pension and just scraping by I asked where else there was a bulk billing centre I was recommended a practice that had a website which offered 'additinal' services. So the worker at this practice not only bluntly refused me as a pension card holder (when their website outlines card holders are accepted) to bulk bill they then recommended me to a practice with doctors, Avoid.
Update on this practice. Still excellent. Punctual, friendly, courteous, professional service in a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful ladies at the reception desk.
This suburb is full of sourpuss, uppity doctors who think that "service" is what waiters do. It's fortunate that we have the GPs on Ebley to turn to when we have a bad turn.
