Myself and family just stayed at the sunset caravan park in cabin and was discussed with the cleanliness of the cabin it was filthy, the heater didn't work, and the bed was rock hard and the shower had no hot water. We have never stayed at this place before and thought we would give it a go cause it's a pet friendly caravan park and was then approached by one of drunken residents that live there and was threatened and yelled abuse that if I didn't keep my dog quiet that he would do something about it ... I was discussed in this grumpy old man attitude and didn't appreciate the way I was spoken too.. I would never stay at this caravan park again and would never recommend this caravan park to any one ...
recently stayed in a cabin at sunset caravan park. We found the cleanliness and maintenance in our cabin was appalling. The double bed was too hard, the fridge was noisy all the time running, the shower tap handle kept falling off plus the grill pan in the stove was very greasy. The cutlery needed replacing and was also inadequate for four in this cabin. The only thing we found good was the size of the TV and the remote was available to use. Needles to say @ $90 a night we could not recommend staying here without at least the fridge and main bed are upgraded plus other maintenance carried out.
