Always get the best customer service here. The car service i salways expensive but so worth it. They explain everything they have done and walk you back to your car. They also wash it. Mazda is a fabulous brand. You can also book appointments online which is great.
We made an appointment with Grand Prix Mazda to go for a test drive in a Mazda CX5. On arriving at their showroom we were introduced to a salesperson. Right from the very beginning they seemed reluctant to take us for a test drive, we explained we were comparing the CX5 with a RAV4. Still wanted to sit and chat so that is what we did. Once I had mentioned that I had been to another Mazda dealer, their whole temperament changed and although we told them that Grand Prix Mazda was our preferred purchasing point being more local for us and that we had bought a car from them in the past, they abruptly told us they were not interested in selling us a vehicle and to go back to the other dealer for the test drive! The salesperson lost a sale that day and Grand Prix lost a customer for life. If you are contemplating buying a Mazda spend an extra 20 mins driving to another Mazda dealer and be treated like a valued customer. As for this salesperson - a liability to theread more
I can only speak for their service centre after taking my Mazda 3 Sports Maxx in for a service on the recommendation of a colleague. I've been having car car serviced at another Brisbane service centre for a couple of years and found that every time I took in my car (which is only a few years old) I needed to have something extra done to it at great expense. I was really happy with my service at Grand Prix Mazda, the only extras that were done were those I requested and everyone there was very friendly I've found my new service centre!
Sales person was good, however once they have your signature and deposit they don't want to know u. Got a phone call two days later to say the cars delivery date was 2 months away. Not happy. This delivery date then changed twice and ended up over three months from when I signed the contract. Was undecided who I wanted to go through for finance so got some quotes. Asked for a break down of madzas quote and never got a reply. When the car finally got to the dealership they said it would be another week to put on all my accessories, which they did in only 2 days. Why?? To keep a customer who has been waiting for a car for over 3 months happy?? Wrong...
