We brought our Mazda 3 from Mazda Caboolture in 2011 and we have been really happy with it. Just recently I had a problem with it and had to get my road side assist out, they told me they see this particular problem often in the Mazda 3 and their advice was get it fixed under warrenty.
So I call up Mazda and tell them about the problem, they promptly tell me I am 20 days out of warrenty so they can't help me unless I pay. 20 DAYS out of a 4 year warrenty! That didnt seem fair to me so I emailed the Manager Jake and he couldn't even be bothered to email me back! Its been probably a month and a half now so I think its fair to say he is not going to ever email me back. Took my car elsewhere and paid for it to be fixed. Really poor customer service. Happy with my Mazda and would buy again but not from Mazda Caboolture.
Had been out all day looking at cars from 7:30AM, it was now close to 4:30PM. Was 'just looking' at Caboolture, and out walks a salesman. My first thought? Go away. Then he started talking, and it was like speaking to my brother. Easily relatable, and spoke to me like a real person.
Got the trade in I wanted, I bought the car.
Mazda caboolture followed up with a followup phone call only a week later - wonderful service. Not to mention a 20% off voucher for any accessories at my first service? Pleased, pleased, pleased!
