Thoroughly impressed. I called up yesterday to ask John if he could have a look at my dishwasher which was making horrendous sounds. As I work usual business hours, he came at 7am today and fixed my dishwasher in about 20 minutes (piece of glass caught in pump). The price for fixing was reasonable and it was great to pay with the mobile eftpos service. Was delighted to have a fixed dishwasher and to get to work on time! Would definitely recommend John.

Our washing machine stopped working and I range GSAS to come and take a look. They were very professional, gave us an accurate time and rang on approach. Their technician Sam was very helpful and we appreciated that he let us know that the machine would be very expensive to fix without us having to spend too much money to find that out! He arranged a quote for a replacment machine the same day and gave us advice on models to consider. Very impressed with the level of customer service we received and I will be using them for all our whitegood needs from now on. I also recommended them to all my Facebook Friends as well. With all the amazing reviews for GSAS, who wouldn't call this business? Our Bosch dishwasher had an error 15. We called this business and the call out fee was similar to other businesses but they had reviews on their side. We had a technician come out on a friday. He investigated the problem and found the hose had cracked. Our Techie advised the replacement hose would be around $100. Shocked, we asked what, why? Verbatum my husband was told the parts are German they are expensive! I immediately suspected the cost sounded inflated, German or not. Called Bosch and our local seconds store and both places quoted $24 for the hose including P&H. I called the business getting the sweetest phone support and she backed up the technician by assuming he was probably quoting his time and the part cost. They had yet to receive a quote for my part at this time. I provided the part code for the Bosch product and they searched their database andread more
I just had my washing machine fixed by Greater Sydney Appliances. I've been living in Sydney for 4 years and the Greater Sydney Appliances are the best tradies I have encountered. The receptionist was polite and helpful, the tradies showed up on time, they clearly explained what the problem was and what was required to fix it. I also appreciated that the pricing was very clear so there were no unexpected costs. My washing machine is now running again. I highly recommend Greater Sydney Appliances. I'll definitely be going to them in the future if I need anything else fixed.
I called them because our dishwasher stopped working, and someone was able to come look at it in the next couple of days. The guy who came (I think his name was Sam) was punctual, polite and professional. Unfortunately, after taking out the integrated dishwasher, he realised it couldn't be fixed. A shame to have blown $200, but I wasn't the wiser. He offered to get someone quote me on a replacement dishwasher, and gave me some tips on what brands to look out for.
