Wouldn't even give them half a star. Found them unprofessional. I called Friday afternoon, to say that our pump had stopped working, we had no running water all weekend. When i called to see if they could help me. I was told to call back the office on Monday morning. So they didn't care as soon as they have your money that's the last you will hear of them.
I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere! GLK have provide bad service since installation of our solar hot water system and solar panels in 2011. We have had nothing but issues and a recent independent audit has revealed serious issues with the installation including a hot water service that is running soley on power not solar. They have failed to make contact with my solicitors requests to resolve the issue. I'd be looking elsewhere.
