Have used Griffiths Mowers to work on my chainsaw for the past 12 months. Have used it a lot over this time and they serviced it, replaced the chain 2 times and have had several sharpenings.
Always had good service, pretty quick and was pretty economical as well.
Absolutely no complaints here .. good work every time.
100% worst customer service I have ever received.
Couldn't find our mower, asked me to discribe it (umm looks like a mower can't remember haven't seen in since you've had it for over a month?)
Overpriced - my car service costs the same.
can't efficiently handle their work flow, suggests only booking a service in winter when they can keep up.
Lied on multiple occasions (it will be ready in 2 day - 1 week later - it will be ready tomorrow - 10 minutes later same phone call it was ready yesterday).
As I stated in the Google reviews I have NO record of your repair, and we have strict rules about booking in we give out job card stubs with costing of repairs on the back and we locate a job with using the number on the front of the stub, all finished jobs receive a SMS and yes we are very busy at the moment, as any other good mower shop will be. Winter is best to bring a machine into the store we usually have a couple of days turn about.
If I could give a no star rating I would.
First of all, we called up and enquired on a ride on mower and informed the lady that answered the phone, that we could get the exact same ride on mower cheaper from acacia ridge.
The lady then told us to bring a written quote down and she would match the same price.
We had done just this, then Thisbe lady turned around and said no, and that she couldn’t match the price.
Wasted our time through and through.
At the end of the day we had to drive out to acacia ridge anyway and purchase the exact same ride on mower for 10% less.
Pathetic customer service.
Promises one thing, then backs out last minute.
I have been a customer at Griffiths Mowers for quite a number of years and I have never had any problem, I find them extremly helpful and they know ther products. If the other customer had a problem with sprare parts maybe he needs to go back to where he purchased the item, as I know first had that not all business carry spare parts for brands they do not stock lovely business and I will always shop there.
Visited Griffiths Mowers for the second time today. The first time was last year. Unfortunately the exact same experience, unhelpful and bad customer service attitude. Will not waste my time going back and would certainly not buy my next mower from them. Please note this is the first time I have ever bothered writing a review. Also Ipswich Mower and Saw at Yamanto were most helpful.
