Moil needed a vulcan quasar wall furnace repair, it needed the fan replacing and at the same time the vulcan wall furnace was serviced and checked for being safe. I also gave the customer some very helpful advice on open flued natural gas fuel burning appliances and the signs of incomplete combustion, what can cause it and what to look out for.
Called Gareth for a quote to remove and replace toilet suite, true to his word arrived promoptly measured up and quoted. My pleasure Fae, now you can say goodbye to rusty coloured tap water. It turns out the isolation and none return valve had broken that connects to the hot water service, the home owners changed some tap washers and found afterwards they had rusty water, a few simple tests proved the valve had broke and needed replacing.
Brilliant service. I have had trouble with my Rhinnai gas heater, ever since we moved in and have had to get a service person out yearly. Gareth came out immediately and went straight to the job without wasting anytime. His quote was reasonable and he was confident that he knew what he was doing and rectified the problem immediately. He fixed what all the other serviceman missed. Thank you for your honest and efficient service. Be careful, because there are some charlitans out there. I now know who I will be calling again for any plumbing and and gas repairs.

The problem this couple was experiencing had been going on every winter and each winter they had a different gas installer out to "fix" the problem, last winter they paid a gas installer to repair the heater but within 15 minutes of the installer leaving (and taking the money for the repair) had to call him back, he was too busy to return and left them with a heater that would only work on full heat and kept the money.
