Whatever you do steer clear of the Guard Dog Training Centre in Berkshire Park they are totally uncaring and have very bad care for the animals then after you pick up the injured animal you have to fight to get them to pay for vet costs for checkups and cant even ring to check up on how your pet is... funny how their positive reviews are all 'one time reviewers'... they then fabricate stories and tell different versions of who is in charge so nobody has to really disclose who is responsible... i guess I should have been alarmed when they refuse to show you through their kennels... our Swiss Shepherd now has a marked snout for life ... they couldnt care less that she was scraping it big time on their handle -- couldnt even ring us... overcharging and no care for the animals... only took her there cos Triple Crown was booked out. PLEASE dont take your pet there if you love him/her.
Wouldn’t recommend this company at all what so ever, my dog was obedience trained and protection dog trained 2 years ago by this company with regular 6 month check ups to make sure his still trained and now all of a sudden my dog just lets people come into our backyard with no issues at all, apparently I payed for my dog to sit there and look pretty. These guys are a waste of time and money.
Our dog Spud stayed here for two weeks in Aug/Sep when we went overseas, I was extremely anxious to leave him for so long as he is quite nervous and timid. While we were away we got email updates letting us know how he was doing which helped me so relax! Spudy had a great time here and will definitely be staying again whenever we go anywhere! Thanks for looking after him!
Hi we went away for 3 weeks and worried about leaving our Bella . As she is one of the family we had to find someone that would talk cuddle and sook her like we do . She did miss us but was well looked after , her coat was shiny and soft teeth and gums healthy ears very clean better than I can do . I would happily send her again when the next holiday comes around.
