I had work done by gutter guys last year. There were problems from the start but mainly it rained soon after installation with the gutters leaking in many places. From then on I was intimidated. I was told I had to have the subcontractor back to fix his work, no choice. I was worried that the job wouldn’t be done properly again but felt intimidated. Arriving home after being away for the winter, strategically placed buckets were full and first rain shower I was home gutters and down pipes leaking. I’ve read GG’s responses to other complaints which are aggressive and that is my situation. I would recommend not using a subcontinent business for any work.

I'm sorry you feel this way. We go out of our way to make sure our customers are happy with the job but can only attend to an issue if we're allowed access to the job. If you change your mind and allow the installer access I will send him to attend to the leak

We recently used Gutter Guys to install new gutters and gutter mesh on our rental property. Not only did they turn up when they said but they did a great job and kept us informed of what was happening. An excellent experience and we will use them again on our own home.

Cannot recommend this company. No customer service or ability to accept responsibility. A zero blame policy exists for these guys. issues reserved only for the sub-contractor and the customer.
Rude, unprofessional and could care less about the customer or resolving issues.
Suits themselves over what they will and won’t do.
We requested all gutters be replaced and they chose without consultation to leave a section of old gutter because in their opinion it didn't need replacing! How about what the customer requested? Our quotations contain a map and a description showing the work we will be doing. This customer called after the work was completed (as per the quotation) and refused to pay until we replaced an additional section of gutter we hadn't quoted. We offered to replace it for an additional cost but as the customer had threatened not to pay we informed him we'd only do the extra work once he'd paid for the original work.
Our installer broke the eaves sheet and we accepted responsibily for this, however we weren't advised of the required repair until 4 months later. By this time the installer had left but we offered to replace the sheet at our own cost. The customer already had a quote to repair the work and we asked for a second quote as it was very expensive. The customer refused to get the second quote and told us not to bother.
We pride ourselves on customer service and this is supported by our thousands of happy customers.
