H&R Block

Give them a miss, I recently received a letter from the ATO saying there was a certain amount of $ not included in my tax report from 2 years ago, I contacted H&R block & sent them the letter, They revised my Paperwork & found that the agent at the time mistype an amount Which the ATO Auditors picked up on. Now I have to fork out $ just before Christmas due to their Stuff up.. Avoid at all cost..

I felt spoken down too, I was rushed out . I tried saying a few things was shut down asap even though I was in the right, the person was not willing to get any background info and kept putting me in a category that I was not in. No people skills at all !!!!

We booked an appointment here for 6:30 on a weeknight and we were seen by an accountant and was very unprofessional in the way they spoke down to us and almost had a tone like they were annoyed. they were not friendly, welcoming or helpful and ended up charging us $30 more than what was originally quoted. It was like we were a bother as they had to ask us so many questions (thats what they get paid for) and all they wanted to do was get home. If you are going to offer your services till late on a weeknight then be prepared to serve the client willingly! Will never go back here again.

My whole family go to H & R Block every year to do their Personal Tax. We all get a lovely lady called Chris to help us. She is fast, efficient and even took on the Taxation Department for us this year and Won! She gets you every cent back, knows all the deductions available, and backs up her calculations on all accounts. She immediately takes calls if you have an issues and is prompt and polite with her answers. I highly recommend H & R Block for your next Tax return.
