A lovely country pub. It's nice to see them taking advantage of beautiful local produce, sourced from in and around the Adelaide Hills. The staff are friendly and eager to please. A warm and friendly atmosphere makes it an ideal pub to come in for a quiet drink or a delicious meal. Ssshhh though! Don't tell everyone!
Fantastic little pub and restaurant in the hills. Food was truly outstanding. Service was friendly and expert, we had a lovely time. Interesting menu, open fires, warm and inviting. Loved it. Very busy though. Not many of these beaut little country places left in Adelaide hills. Highly recommended.

We were told a definate no!! when challenged were were told that bigger glasses were for more expensive wines... shocked we asked for the wine menu to change the order to a cheaper bottle of wine.. we were then TOTALLY IGNORED & NO MORE SERVICE was given to us... therefore did not order any more wine and we had no dessert. Absolutely shocked with the sulky attitude of the staff and the "stop service" We paid but ...read more
