Hands On Healing

When travelling to the north from our home in Toowoomba our little mate ended up extremely sick. Our precious 14 year old dog received immediate and wonderful care from Vicki and her team. We are so very grateful for Hands on Healing and happily promote it as the place to go to for excellent care, advice and support of sick or injured animals.

Lovely friendly service at front desk. Vicki, the vet, is very caring. Denise does a wonderful job with grooming.

I agree with the other 5-star ratings. The vet has got a new staff member who has been wonderful for our cats. I think it unfair to paste a business with half a star because of a bad experience with clipping a dog. Animal health is more important than clipping and grooming.

The vets are wonderful. Unfortunately, there is one staff that does the dog clipping once a week. This staff is most unfriendly and despite telling this staff how I want them to trim my dog, the staff doesn't do it. Each time, my dog comes out differently. As much as I like the vets and the other staffs, going to go elsewhere. :-(

I have visited these vets on numerous occasions now, have always found them gentle caring and most understanding. My cat has received first class attention and care and they are also the most economical vets I have ever been to. The girls that work there are also most polite and helpful and as I live a long distance from Mossman, they have always helped by letting me leave my cat and collect her later during the day and have always managed to squeeze me in even though they were booked out. I would not go anywhere else and the treatment she has received is excellent.
